I am the executive director of the Center for Civic Engagement and a professor of political science at Rose State College. Rose State College is an urban community college located just east of Oklahoma City. I also co-host two podcasts: "Not My Generation" and "Curiosity Porn." My research interests include American legislatures, Congress, political ideologies, and political economy.
I have given public presentations on civil discourse, civic participation, pluralism, human progress, polarization, and economic systems. I have also published commentaries in a variety of online media and am frequently interviewed regarding American politics.
